Financial Policy

 All consultations are scheduled with Dr. Abboud. The fee for each consultation is $100.00 plus HST paid at the time of the appointment.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards and Cash for consultations.  If you are unable to keep your scheduled consultation we require two full business days notice.

After your consultation, Amy will provide a quote for the surgical options discussed with Dr. Abboud, answer any questions and schedule a date for your surgery.  The full payment for your surgery is due 3 weeks prior to your confirmed surgical date.  We accept Debit cards, Cash and certified Bank Cheques.

Cosmetic Surgery Quotations include:

• The surgeons fee

• Nursing team fees

• Operating room/surgical facility fees

• Post-op follow up appointments

• Cost of required surgical garments

• All Taxes
